The discipline of the ISO registration process, reinforced by semi-annual audits and re-certification

The Reason for ISO 9001 Certification
Todd recognized the enormous variation in its marine customers, their ships and the work assigned. To increase
customer value, Todd chose to standardize its core processes and procedures through certification and
compliance to the ISO 9001 Standard. Standardizing core processes has increased productivity by clarifying
roles, expectations and responsibilities.
We also strongly believe in external assessment. The ISO 9001 certification program is a valuable external
assessment tool, from which we gain invaluable feedback to drive improvement. It makes us work harder. And
as we improve, both Todd and our customers benefit.
