Todd Pacific Shipyards

For almost nine continuous decades, Todd Shipyards Corporation has proudly built and repaired ships on the Seattle waterfront and provided thousands upon thousands of jobs to generations of skilled craftspeople throughout the Puget Sound area. Today, the Company's operations are conducted through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Todd Pacific Shipyards Corporation (Todd). Read more about the Todd story.

Todd is a commercial and military vessel construction, repair, and maintenance facility located on Harbor Island on the shores of Elliot Bay and the Duwamish River in Seattle, Washington, with satellite operations in Bremerton and Everett, Washington. Todd is the largest private shipyard in the Pacific Northwest. Our clients include the US Coast Guard, the US Navy, Washington State ferries, fishing fleets, cargo shippers and cruise lines.

Strong Supporter of the Community
Todd Pacific Shipyards and its skilled workforce have long supported a wide range of community and charitable activities in reaching out to assist their friends and neighbors in Seattle and throughout Puget Sound area cities and towns. The Bloodmobile is a frequent visitor to the shipyard, and the generosity of Todd employees is annually reflected in thousands of dollars of donations to the United Way. The American Heart Association Heart Walk is a popular event for Todd employees, as is the annual Machine Shop Food Drive, Toys for Tots sponsored by the United States Marine Corps, and donations to assist the Salvation Army.

Every year on September 11, the yard's fast-paced industrial activity temporarily comes to a halt for a memorial gathering of hundreds of Todd tradesmen and leaders in reflecting and remembering the victims of the 9/11 attacks on our country and their families. Todd also strongly supports the men and women of the four sea services as a Corporate Member of the Navy League. Todd proudly partners with Navy League councils in Bremerton, Everett, Lake Washington, and Seattle in Welcome Home parades and greetings for returning ships, Armed Forces Day celebrations, fleet arrival receptions during Seafair, and recognitions of outstanding Navy and Coast Guard personnel. Todd also reaches out to the US Merchant Marine in its annual support of the Seattle Maritime Festival and other Propeller Club activities.
