USS LINCOLN, CVN 72, DPIA
This was a 10 and 1/2 month dry docking availability performed at PSNS & IMF. Todd performed approximately 15%
of the total work on this availability. Significant jobs accomplished by Todd or our subcontractors included considerable
structural and piping mods to the JP-5, Chilled Water, and Service Steam systems. Also, the entire flight deck was
recoated with non-skid, and the entire freeboard was prepped and painted in addition to numerous tanks and voids.

USS INGRAHAM
This 20 week dry docking availability was performed at our Seattle yard. The major job performed
in addition to the underwater related work and hull preservation, was the replacement of all 4 diesel
generator sets with new units. This shipalt required modifications to all of the ship's associated
systems to accommodate the new equipment.

USS SHOUP
SHOUP came to Todd shortly after arriving in Puget Sound to accomplish an unscheduled dry docking
for replacement of propeller hubs to correct a construction defect. This availability was performed
at our Seattle yard in a joint effort with supervisors from the building yard.

USS DAVIS
Shortly after undergoing a DSRA availability at Todd, DAVIS returned for an emergency dry
docking to repair newly discovered problems with the rudder. This work required removal, buildup,
and machining of the rudder stock, buildup and machining of the hull bore, replacement of
bearings and other parts, and rework of the steering rams.

USS VINSON, CVN 70, PIA
Originally scheduled as a 6 month pier side availability performed at PSNS & IMF, this availability was shortened by one
full month just as it started. VINSON was needed to re-deploy earlier than planned. Todd responded to the
call, and helped ensure that the complete VINSON work package was accomplished in a 15% shorter time frame.
Todd's work scope grew by nearly 40% after the start of the availability.

USS RAINIER (AOE 7) & USS BRIDGE (AOE 10), DE-MIL and DE-COM availabilities
After many years of maintaining the AOE class ships for the Navy, the Government decided to
transfer these assets to Military Sealift Command (MSC) to operate in support of the Navy. Todd
performed the work to de-militarize and in preparation of de-commissioning these ships prior to
their turnover to MSC.

SSGN Conversion
Todd was awarded a contract for the manufacture of two ship sets of
Trident submarine superstructure sections to meet the requirements of the new SSGN mission. This
involved about 200,000 man-hours and took place over the course of almost 2 years. Todd shipped
the assemblies to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard where the prime contractor, Electric Boat (EB), took
delivery for installation.
These units measured about 40' X 125' and included all associated outfitting items.
The quality standards required for this work were extensive and Todd was able to perform
to these requirements without impacting other operations within the shipyard.
After proving our manufacturing capability and quality to submarine standards, Todd was
approached by EB to provide craftsmen from several trades to assist and support EB in accomplishing
installations and modifications onboard the 2 SSGN conversion vessels. Todd has been performing
onboard submarine work for over a year in support of EB, providing up to 170 craftsmen and supervisors
from several key crafts.

Todd also provides continuous maintenance and emergent repairs to all of the combatant, AOE,
and CVN ships stationed in or visiting in Puget Sound.
Throughout these scheduled and unscheduled emergency repairs, Todd continues to earn Good to
Excellent ratings from the Navy under their CPAR (Contractor Performance Assessment Review)
and Award Fee Board evaluations.
